Terms & Conditions

To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties, please take note of the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments | Your non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is payable in equal instalments: and completed 1 month before the wedding. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has cleared. 2. Cancellations & Postponements | The booking fee is strictly non-refundable. Cancellations within 6 months of the wedding are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the full package. Cancellations within 3 months of the wedding are subject to 100% of the contracted amount. Postponements are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if rates have changed. 3. Guest Numbers & Final Details | Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 30 days before the wedding. Charges will be based on the confirmed number or the actual number in attendance, whichever is greater. 4. Venue Use & Conduct | Clients and guests are required to respect the venue, staff, and property. No outside catering, décor, or third-party suppliers may be brought in without prior written consent. The venue reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or damaging. 5. Liability & Insurance | While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, the venue will not be held liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property. 6. Force Majeure | The venue is not responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, flood, strike, or government restrictions. 7. Media & Promotion | We reserve the right to use selected images and video from your event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 8. Pricing may change without prior notice at the discrepency of Lumiér Weddings 9. Homestead weddings close strictly at 10pm on weekends and 9pm on weekdays.
