With Lumiér every detail of your wedding is carefully managed under one roof. Here’s how the journey with us unfolds:
PRICING
When you have viewed our Pricing Collections and found the estimate that speaks to you, book your viewing with us online. Kindly take to heart that our viewings are time away from our families, kindly honour your booking with us, and give us timeous notice if you are unable to attend.
BOOKING AND CONSULTATION
Following your viewing, we prepare a tailored proposal outlining all services and costs. To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable booking fee is required, with the balance paid in scheduled instalments.
DESIGN & PLANNING
Together we refine every detail: menu selection, décor style, flowers, sound and lighting, timelines, and formalities. Our wedding planner coordinates all suppliers seamlessly, ensuring every aspect is aligned with your wishes. We will also setup a meeting with our florist for your flower and decor consultation.
FINAL CONFIRMATION
Three months before your wedding, we meet for your mock table, final guest numbers, service flow, and the master timeline. All final payments are due at this stage.
WEDDING DAY
Relax and enjoy - everything is taken care of. From preparation in the bridal suite to the last dance, our team works behind the scenes to deliver an effortless, unforgettable celebration. You are connected to us at all times with a radio for any needs that may show up.
